Toby Hamilton is the other me, the one who loves to cook for holidays and other family gatherings but the other 300 or so days of the year doesn’t like to cook (but loves to bake).

I put this book together to make my life easier, with recipes laid out simply so I can easily plan meals, identify and buy what I need, and follow the simplified directions.
